Return Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized. All un-opened, un-damaged, packaged items received without pre-authorization will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Any opened or damaged items can not be returned. Prior to returning the product purchased, please call our Customer Service to obtain your RETURN AUTHORIZATION at 818-509-9739 during our normal business hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). PLEASE BE READY TO PROVIDE US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: YOUR NAME AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER. All cut materials (chains, cord, leather, ribbons, trimmings, mirror tiles, etc.) and all other items that are cut upon order are NON-RETURNABLE. Specially ordered merchandise and custom-made items are non-returnable. Packaged items and merchandises sold by the piece may be returned within 10 days from receipt thereof. Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped (no opened, torn or damaged packaging) and it must be shipped in its original packaging. THE INVOICE NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. All shipping charges on returned merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product.
